Therapy Services
"My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens through self-understanding, compassion, and nervous system awareness. I’m especially drawn to work that helps individuals explore how their inner worlds, relationships, and histories shape their current experiences."

Individual Therapy for Mothers
A supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, explore what’s weighing on you, and find new ways forward.
Motherhood changes everything: your body, your relationships, your capacity, and your sense of self. You may feel overstimulated, irritable, or disconnected from the person you once were. Maybe you’re exhausted from holding it all together or frustrated that you can’t seem to feel like yourself again.
In therapy, we slow things down and gently explore what’s beneath the surface: stress patterns, internal pressures, and the parts of you that have taken on too much for too long. Our work may include understanding your nervous system, softening your inner critic, and reconnecting to your needs and values.
I specialize in helping mothers experiencing perinatal mental health challenges, burnout, emotional overload, or identity shifts — including those with ADHD or who are parenting neurodivergent children. My goal is to help you create space to breathe, feel grounded, and reconnect with the version of you that feels whole now.
I offer 55- and 75-minute sessions. All intake sessions are 75 minutes, and I offer a sliding scale fee schedule to help make therapy accessible.
I currently see clients virtually.
Individual Therapy for Fathers & Partners
While my work is rooted in maternal mental health, I also support fathers and non-birthing partners navigating the emotional transition into parenthood.
Many partners feel pressure to “be strong,” provide stability, or hold everything together — often without space to process their own overwhelm, anxiety, or identity shifts. Some struggle with feeling disconnected from their partner. Others feel unsure how to support a mother who is burned out or struggling.
Individual therapy for fathers offers a space to slow down, build emotional awareness, strengthen communication, and develop tools to feel steadier at home. Because when both parents feel supported, families thrive.

Couples Therapy
Whether you’re preparing for a major life change, navigating postpartum adjustments or general parenting stress, neurodivergence (in one or both parties) or feeling distant from your partner, couples therapy can help you reconnect and strengthen your relationship.
I work with couples at all stages — including those navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and the emotional shifts of raising children (especially when parenting neurodivergent children or children with an ADHD diagnosis).
You’ll learn skills for communicating more openly, resolving conflict, and creating a stronger, more supportive partnership.
I offer 60 and 75 minute sessions. All intake sessions are 75 minutes and I offer a sliding scale fee schedule to make therapy accessible to those who need it.

Support Groups
Every other week, I host a free virtual support group for mothers. This is a safe, welcoming space to connect with others who understand the challenges, joys, and complexities of motherhood.
Each session offers time for psychoeducation, sharing, validation, and gentle guidance around topics like burnout, identity shifts, self-compassion, and managing the mental load.
Participation is drop-in style, and mothers at any stage in their journey are welcome.
Please fill out this FORM if you are interested in joining this group. **Our Support Group is currently on pause and will resume spring 2026.**

I also offer a limited number of sliding scale spots to help make therapy more accessible. If cost is a concern, please let me know during our consultation so we can explore options together.
My goal is to ensure that those who are committed to the therapy process can find a way to receive the support they need.

For clients located in Georgia, I currently operate as an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill (an itemized receipt) that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. I recommend checking with your provider beforehand to confirm your coverage.
Insurance availability can vary by state due to licensing and credentialing requirements.
